I had long heard about this butcher shop. And I must say that expectations were not disappointed,on the contrary. Excellent sausage, dreamy ribs. But the real delicacy was the meat they sold me to make the tartare, something really special. There were 16 of us at the table, so many of them will have a new place to buy meat for the next barbecue. Congratulations!
